Introducing a new tennis program designed specifically for children!
This fun and engaging approach uses age-appropriate equipment, including smaller courts, lower nets and modified balls (red, orange & green), helping young players learn the game with confidence. By focusing on fundamental skills and consistency in a supportive environment, the program helps build a strong foundation and a lifelong love of tennis. With the addition of this new program, the remaining junior tennis programs have thoughtfully been streamlined to better meet the needs of player advancement.

Red Ball ♦ Ages 4-7
- Focus on agility, balance & basic movement patterns
- Practice forehand/backhand ground strokes, serves, returns & volleys
- Learn court positioning & scoring
Orange Ball ♦ Ages 8-10
- Focus on agility, coordination, dynamic balance & movement patterns
- Improve skill technique on forehand, backhand, serve & volleys
- Advance court positioning & scoring
Green Ball ♦ Ages 9-11
- Develop movement and split steps with an emphasis on technique and timing
Beginner
Youth: Ages 10-14 ♦ High School: Ages 14-18
- Stroke development
- Refine hand-eye coordination
- Introduction to rally drills and games
- Learn tennis rules, scoring and court boundaries
- No experience required
Intermediate ♦ Age 10+
- Fine tune stroke development
- Focus on side-to-side movements, using entire court space
- Explore serving techniques
- Participate in volley drills
- Introduction to friendly, yet competitive, point play rally games
Match Play Prep ♦ Ages 8+
- For advanced players
- Maintain 6+ ball rally with moderately well-developed strokes
- Enhance point play & ball tracking ability
- Form strokes together to play matches
High School Training* ♦ Ages 14-18
- For HS Jr. Varsity 2 & 3 players
- Maintain 6+ ball rally or know how to play matches
- Enhance point play & ball tracking ability
- Practice situational drills, strategy & shot placement
- Advance play tactics and situational point play
High Performance* ♦ Ages 14-18
- For HS Jr. Varsity 1 players
- Practice situational drills, strategy, precise shot placement
- Learn how to put more spin on shots and use it during points
- Tennis specific training exercises
- Match play & situational point play
Elite* ♦ Ages 14-18
- For HS Varsity or UTR/WTN players playing competitively
- Highly competitive points, strength exercising drills, agility drills, point finishing drills & rally lengthening drills
- Advance situational & strategy enhancing match play
