Pick up a take-home log sheet to track your daily steps. When you hit 250,000 steps, turn it in to Guest Services and celebrate your achievement with a patriotic prize. Members Only.

Compete. Sweat. Win.
Earn ‘goals’ by completing workouts, joining classes and participating in wellness activities. Every activity moves you closer to victory. Get in the game, challenge yourself, and see how many ‘goals’ you can score! Have the most goals at the end of the program and receive a 3-month membership extension!
