- The 10th of Every Month: Healthy Fix in ’26 Anniversary Special – The St. Charles Park District is celebrating 10 YEARS of managing Norris Recreation Center! One lucky recipient will enjoy a complimentary annual individual membership at our July Open House Celebration. On the 10th of every month, complete as many tickets as you would like to be entered into the drawing. All submissions should be placed in the special #10 box. On Saturday and Sunday, check in at Guest Services to complete a Tour Registration Form and then enjoy all of the Norris amenities for FREE! All guests must be ages 18+. *Max 4 guests per member.
