Members may reserve a court up to one week in advance. Nonmembers may reserve a court up to 24 hours in advance.
Hourly Court Time & Fees*
*Daily drop-in fees are required in addition to the court reservation hourly fee and for all non-members.
*Daily admission fee is required in addition to the court reservation hourly fee.
Cancellations: A 24-hour notice is required to cancel any court reservation otherwise your credit card will be charged the hourly court fee. Free court time no-shows and late cancellations will be charged the $18/hr fee.
Permanent Court Time
Regularly play tennis at YOUR preferred time, based on availability. You must have a membership in good standing to reserve permanent court time (PCT).
PCT players must have a membership or pay the daily fee. Each PCT reservation must have a membership for each reserved court (2 PCT courts = 2 memberships).
Barring unforeseen circumstances, members will be given an option to renew their PCT each year.
Fall, Winter & Spring Seasons
A PCT Reservation Request Form must be completed by August 1. Requests will be reviewed and scheduled by August 15.

Payments: All PCT reservations require a $50 deposit prior to the start of the season.
Cancellations: NRC reserves the right to cancel any portion of a PCT. The NRC team will attempt to provide at least a week’s notice and will try to keep cancellations to a minimum. In the unfortunate event that a court time must be cancelled, a refund will be issued for the cancelled time.
